After being asked several years ago to mediate a case by a local attorney due to him knowing “both sides of the docket”, David Kerby, has now successfully mediated dozens of cases for attorneys he has litigated against, litigated with and never met.
David’s practice of representing both plaintiffs and defendants in his areas of practice gives him insight into helping the litigants understand the obstacles and work towards a resolution of a dispute. An active trial practice allows David to stay connected with the venues and obstacles faced by the parties.
